1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ESG365 platform, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- You represent an organization with authority to use the service
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Account Registration
To use the full features of ESG365, you need to:
- Create an account: Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Secure your account: Keep login information confidential and notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access
- Take responsibility: For all activities that occur under your account
- Comply with regulations: Do not share accounts or use for illegal purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts if violations are detected.
3. Service Usage Rights
ESG365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to:
- Access and use the platform for legitimate business purposes
- Create, store, and manage your organization's ESG data
- Generate reports and analyze sustainability data
- Use the tools and features provided
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the platform
- Perform reverse engineering
- Use for competitive or commercial purposes
- Interfere with or damage the system
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to ESG365 belong to us and our partners, including:
- Platform and software: Source code, design, user interface
- Content: Text, images, logos, trademarks
- Data and algorithms: Calculation methods, analytical models
- Documentation: User guides, technical documentation
Data you upload remains your property, but you grant us the right to use it to provide services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ESG365 is not liable for:
- Indirect damages: Lost profits, business interruption
- Data: Loss or corruption of data due to user error
- Third parties: Services or content from external partners
- Force majeure: Natural disasters, war, epidemics
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
6. Service Termination
The contract may be terminated when:
- You cancel: 30 days notice, full payment of fees used
- We terminate: If you seriously violate the terms
- Expiration: When the service package expires and is not renewed
After termination:
- Access rights will be revoked immediately
- Data will be stored for an additional 90 days for you to export
- Fees paid are non-refundable
